Art-Tec Media,
a California company was founded in 1989. Originally known as New Art Media, Art-Tec Media was adopted after the parent companies Art-Tec Construction, Inc. and Art-Tec, Development,Inc.
In the past, many Asian businesses did not realize the importance of nor did they place much reliance on advertising. They were focused on developing a business base rather than being concerned with expansion, since maintaining cash flow was paramount to their existence. However, they came to realize that if they never grew larger then they were, they could not compete in the business world where competitive prices were synonymous with quantity and volume.
Art-Tec foresaw the trend in Asian businesses to use advertising and employ professional marketing and media counseling.
It successfully postured itself as a responsive and knowledgeable professional organization that could act as a liaison between Asian businesses and the mainstream marketplace.
Over the years, Art-Tec steadily increased its capabilities and involvement with Chinese businesses and mainstream companies in providing package media planning publishing and production at every step. Extensive experience with different types of companies, products and services has broadened Art-Tec’s base competencies and offerings. It has even included arranged events with corporate sponsors to promote cultural understanding and interaction.
